On November 30, 2022, Mengly J. Quach Education appointed RHB Securities (Cambodia) Plc. as our Securities Underwriter. MJQE and RHB Management met with H.E. Mr. SOU Socheat, Delegate of the Royal Government and Director General of the Securities Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) accompanied by H.E. Mr. SEANG Thirith, Deputy Director General of SERC, to show our willingness to list MJQE Plc. on the Cambodian Stock Market. At MJQE, we are ready and working on procedures and regulatory requirements to apply for approval from the Securities Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) and the Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX) and expect the listing process to be completed in early 2023.

While our nation is at peace, we aim to raise more public awareness and attention in the education sector, a top priority and a crucial area of national growth. The government of Cambodia is receiving more support and impetus, which helps the country's education system to grow and raise educational standards. As previously stated, we ask that everyone involved; management, teachers, staff, students, parents, guardians, and the general public be informed and show their support in our efforts to continue offering high-quality educational services.
